Children’s Reading Place, by Calgary Reads, has a new story for you!

Once there was a house with a family and a dog and many, many books. Then, there was an idea to invite many children and many more books to one place that could feel like home. So a community came together to reimagine this special space. And so it came – The House that Calgary Built, and the Biggest Little Free Library ever!

The Calgary Reads Children’s Reading Place is providing interactive literary experiences and free books to Calgary’s blossoming readers. Visits are available by appointment this summer on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 – 4 pm and Fridays from 9:30 am – 7:30 pm and Saturdays from 10 am – 4 pm. It takes a community to build a reader!
