Applebee’s — Sign up for Club Applebee’s and receive an email offer for a birthday treat (usually a dessert).
Arby’s — Become an Arby’s Insider and provide your birthday to be sent a special birthday treat via email.
Boston Pizza — By signing up for the MyBP Email Club you can enjoy a free birthday dessert. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox as your dessert coupon comes via email.
The Cheesecake Cafe — Let the staff know that it’s your big day and they’ll bring you a complimentary slice of cheesecake.
Chicken on the Way — Bring your ID to your nearest location and receive a free snack pack.
Cobs Bread — Join the Cobs Club and make at least one purchase before your birthday to qualify for a free cinnamon bun on your special day.
Cora’s — When you sign up for the Cora newsletter, there is a section for your birthday info. Apparently, Madame Cora sends you a special birthday wish. We’ve been told you receive a $5 coupon.
Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill — Download their app from the App Store or Google Play and get a free dessert on your birthday.
Dairy Queen — Receive a buy one, get one coupon for your birthday when you sign up for the Blizzard Fan Club.
Denny’s — Enjoy a FREE birthday Grand Slam Breakfast on your special day. Just show up with ID on your birthday and the meal is yours!
East Side Mario’s — Let them know it’s your birthday and receive a free dessert (with meal purchase).
Edible Arrangements — Join the Edible Rewards program to receive a free 12-count chocolate-dipped fruit box on your birthday, plus members-only perks like a free box of chocolate-dipped fruits for every 3rd purchase.
Harvey’s — Sign up for the Harvey’s newsletter and get a special offer on your birthday.
IHOP — Get FREE pancakes on your birthday (after your first purchase) just by joining the MYHop.
Joey Restaurants — Mention it’s your birthday and get a free dessert or drink (varies by location).
Joey’s Seafood Restaurants — Join their Mariner’s Club and you’ll receive some sort of special offer in time for your birthday. (In 2023, the offer was one free 2-piece Joey’s Fish & Chips and a non-alcoholic beverage.)
Jugo Juice — Register for Jugo Juice Rewards and receive a free large smooth to celebrate your special day.
The Keg — Mention that it’s your birthday and get a free dessert (with meal purchase).
Marble Slab — Join the Marble Mail club, and in addition to getting coupons and promotions, you will receive a BOGO coupon just in time for your birthday.
Mary Brown’s Chicken – Sign up for the newsletter and receive a FREE “Big Mary” on your special day.
Menchies Frozen Yogurt — Receive $5 in Menchie Money on your birthday. Sign up for My Smileage and give them your birthday details.
Milestones — Let them know it’s your birthday and receive a free dessert (with meal purchase).
Montana’s — Fill up on 10% off and free dessert just by signing up for their Grill Lover’s Club (with a minimum purchase of $30).
Moxies — Mention it’s your birthday and get a free dessert (with meal purchase). We have heard that you might get 10% off your order instead, since COVID.
Olive Garden — Share your birthday when you sign up for the eClub and receive a free dessert on your birthday.
Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt — Join the rewards club and get a free yogurt on your birthday.
Pita Pit — Sign up for their More! Rewards program. They used to give extra points on your birthday – enough for a free Petita or small Smoothie.
Red Lobster — Sign up for Fresh Catch News to get a free offer on your birthday.
Ricky’s — Kids can join the Ricky’s Birthday Club and get a mailed coupon for a free kids’ meal emailed just before their birthday.
South St Burger — Join the Birthday Club (at least 72 hours before your big day) and get a buy one get one free burger coupon for your birthday.
Starbucks — Just register a gift card, create a Starbucks account, and a lovely coupon for a FREE drink is sent to your smartphone app on your birthday. Please note that you have to register for the Starbucks Rewards program at least 7 days before your birthday and make a purchase on the card to qualify.
Subway — Join MyWay Rewards. In the past, they’ve given a free 6-inch sub and a drink on your birthday.
SunTerra Market — Sign up for the free Fresh Rewards programs and you’ll receive a birthday card with an offer for a free slice of cake & a coffee!
Swiss Chalet — Subscribe to the Rotisserie Mail program and receive a special offer on your birthday.
Tim Hortons — Join the rewards program at least a week before your birthday and receive a birthday offer.

The Body Shop — Join their Love Your Body program and get a free gift on your birthday.
Sephora — On your birthday you get to pick a free product set. Just sign up for their Beauty Insider program and the treats will be yours. (Note: a minimum purchase is required to redeem gift online instead of in-store.)
Kiehls — Receive a birthday gift and other special offers when you sign up for the Kiehl’s Rewards Loyalty Program and show online or in-store.
London Drugs — Join the LDExtras Club and get a $5 coupon for your birthday.
Chapters/Indigo — Join Plum Rewards (even the free option) and get 20% off for your birthday.

Aldo Shoes — Sign up for Aldo Crew and get a special offer for your birthday.
American Eagle — Join the Real Rewards Club and receive a birthday discount at participating locations.

Reitmans — Sign up for their loyalty program and receive a special offer for your birthday.
Ricki’s — Join the Ricki’s Fashion + Friends program to be emailed a birthday bonus you can use during your birthday month.
RW & Co — RW Insiders receive special offers for the week of their birthday.
The Shoe Company — Become a Shoe VIP and take advantage of a birthday gift of 20% off, free shipping and surprise bonus points.
Value Village — Join the Super Savers Club at Value Village and receive a birthday coupon via email for 20% off a single purchase of up to $50.
Toys
EB Games/GameStop — Opt into the EDGE Rewards Program and receive a 20-50% off birthday discount, plus other coupons and exclusive perks.
LEGO Store in Chinook Mall — Pre-COVID, the LEGO Store gave the birthday child a minifigure. We haven’t heard if that program is back yet.
Mastermind — Join the free loyalty program and the birthday kids gets a free small gift. (We hear you can choose from an assortment of toys.)
Toys R Us — Register your child’s birthday through your R Rewards card and they will be sent a special birthday offer of $5 to spend in the store.
