WinSport Tube Park (Family Fun Calgary)

The Servus Tube Park at WinSport offers downhill excitement and winter fun, for any skill level and ability. And you don’t even need to leave the city! One of the largest of its kind in Western Canada, the Tube Park features eight groomed lanes (some designed for single riders and some for groups) and a magic carpet to carry you to the top of the hill. It’s the easiest sledding experience around!

Read more about it here.

City Parks That Allow Sliding

We know that not everyone agrees with or abides by it, but we would be remiss if we didn’t inform you that Calgary has a bylaw that allows tobogganing and sledding only on the following 22 designated hills within the city. Sledding anywhere else within city limits is against the bylaw and could land you a $100 fine. The bylaw does not apply to private, provincial or federal land. Find out more about sledding in Calgary.
