Sometimes it’s hard to get the 6 year old engaged. They are at that peculiar age where they are a sweet little child, a mature school age kid and a sassy teenager all rolled into one maddening yet delightful little bundle.
So it took a bit of cajoling to get my daughter to try out the Stella and Sam Draw Along Contest on www.disneyjunior.ca
Although she loves Stella & Sam, she wasn’t interested in interrupting her busy schedule of friends, dolls and Popsicles to sit and play with me on the computer 🙂
In the end, I just had to motivate her properly to convince her to create a drawing. I said the words that are magic to the ears of a girl who loves winning (and getting presents):
“You might win a prize…”
And that worked like a charm on my competitive little darling…
