Lion’s Park in St. Albert is the place to be to join in the fun and cultural festivities at the National Aboriginal Day Festival! Celebrate Inuit, Metis and First Nations cultures. This year’s event will support the Walk for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, beginning at 11am in Lions Park. Following that, watch the Grand Entry at 12 noon, and stay to enjoy Inuit games and entertainment, a Metis music jamboree and Metis jiggers, and First Nations drummers and dancers. Bring your appetite too, as there will be a concession and vendors on site.
