Royal Alberta Museum
The Royal Alberta Museum tells the story of Alberta’s history unlike any other space before it. The stunning space features expanded displays showcasing the history of our province’s people, animals and places, as well as a larger Bug Gallery with visible hatchery, and a Children’s Gallery (temporarily closed due to Covid-19) geared toward allowing your little one to learn through play. The new museum features some of the same artifacts you’ll remember from the old Glenora location, and collections you’ve never seen before!

The Royal Alberta Museum is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm. The museum is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, and is always closed on December 24 and 25. Admission for children age six and under is free and there are special family admission prices available.
