Spooky (and not too spooky!) Family-Friendly Halloween Events in Saskatoon
Get your tricks and treats at the Saskatoon Zoo this October! With 18 trick or treat stations full of spooky family fun, you won’t want to miss this fundraiser for the Community Outreach Program. Admission by donation.
Celebrate Halloween with this family-friendly (ages 2 – 12) live action production at the Scotiabank Theatre. Enjoy wacky characters, lively dance to an original score, and lots of Halloween fun!
Who says Hallowe’en has to be scary when it can be messy?! Bring your little ones to the Children’s Discovery Museum for some ooey-gooey Hallowe’en fun. Make a Hallowe’en craft or two and join in with some silly slimy science experiments!
If you want an extra challenging (and spooky) experience in a corn maze, Dads grab your Guess Relaxed Fit Low Rise Tapered Leg Jeans, bring a flashlight and head out the Italian Cultural Club for a night maze! There are plenty of dates to choose from, and if you’re looking for an occasion to wear that fabulous costume, try the night maze on Hallowe’en night between 4 and 10pm.
Speaking of mazes, the pumpkin maze at Dutch Growers is the perfect place to sport your spanky new Denver Hayes Untucked Shirt. This indoor maze is ideal for toddlers and preschoolers as there is only entrance and exit, and parents can keep an eye on speedy little ones over top of the straw bales.
You needn’t worry about scaring toddlers or preschoolers at Sylvia Chave’s Hallowe’en Howl. This beloved children’s entertainer is all about silliness, singing, and fun! Your little one will love the chance to dance in their cute costume while enjoying rhymes, action-songs, and even a trick or two!
Dad, looking to show off your Farwest Davison Vest? Bring the whole family to ‘Boo Town’ on October 30th. This annual Hallowe’en event hosted by the Western Development Museum puts the treat in ‘trick or treat’ with entertainment, Hallowe’en games, stories, spooky cuisine and much more.
Celebrate Halloween with the Children’s Discovery Museum on October 13th! Enjoy pumpkin carving, mummy-making and more at this family-friendly event.
Perhaps better suited for those with a higher scare-tolerance, the Scariest House in Saskatoon lives up to its name! Located at 1402-5th Ave. N, this classic haunted house is jam-packed with spiders, skeletons, monsters, and more. Every year they have a new theme and admission is FREE! Careful the zombies don’t try to steal your Ripzone ¾ Contrast Sleeve Henley T-Shirt!
Visit Market Mall and get in the spirit of Halloween at their annual carved pumpkin sale on October 28th. There’ll be plenty of fun for the whole family.
Bring the family out for some Hallowe’en fun at the Berry Barn. Enjoy idyllic fall scenery, let little ones play in the pumpkin patch, and make your way through their super creepy haunted house if you dare!
An activity centre, photo booth, crafts, costumes, and a performance by Singing With Sylvia? Definitely not too scary! On October 27th from 9am – 12pm, Mommy Connections is hosting their 4th annual Hallowe’en Party with plenty of fun for the whole family.
Up for a fall drive? Pull on your Denver Hayes Derrick Bomber Jacket and find Terror in the Trees at the corner of Highway 60 and Churchill Ave (near Pike Lake Provincial Park). You never know what could be lurking in the graveyard or who you might find on the footpath! Little ones can enjoy a special scare-free event on October 28th or come during their regular hours for ‘full terror’ if you dare!
Moms and Dads love Hallowe’en too! That’s what inspired Momentum Martial Arts to host this party which is too good to be true! On October 28th they provide on-site childcare (pizza, crafts, and a Hallowe’en movie) while parents are free to go out and enjoy a Halloween night on the town–just the occasion Dad has been waiting for to show off those chic DH Michigan Boots! Space is limited so book now at 306 244 5712.
As Halloween approaches, it can get chilly! On October 28th, pull on your DH3 Media Wool Bomber, make the trek out to Beaver Creek, and experience a whole new kind of night-life! Take guided hikes and spot nocturnal animals or learn from local astronomers about Saskatchewan’s living skies.
The frightfully fun annual Emmanuel Baptist Pumpkin Dash has something for everyone. With carnival fun, snacks, and spooky adventures, this party is just missing two things–you and your costume!
Your Denver Hayes Long Sleeve Raglan T-Shirt will be the perfect under-layer to your zombie costume! On October 8th, dress up and shamble from the Vimy Memorial to the Broadway Theatre for a movie that will make your blood run cold!
Halloween’s answer to a Christmas lights display, Saskatoon Halloween House is an elaborate drive-by (okay, maybe stop-by) display that is impressive and growing every year. The display is FREE and located in Mount Royal at 923 Ave. X North.
You’ll need the perfect pair of DH Wisconsin Boots for this freaky walkthrough! The Hampton Village House of Horrors is a proper haunted house waiting to haunt your dreams! Best of all, it is FREE and full of freaky fun!
No matter what your fear factor, Saskatoon has got a trick or treat up its sleeve for you! Get out, make the best of the Hallowe’en season, and, as always, look good doing it at Marks!
