The annual Surrey International Children’s Festival inspires young hearts and minds to greater possibilities, and celebrates our rich and diverse cultural heritage through performing and visual arts experiences.
The festival takes place inside the Surrey Arts Centre and on the grounds of Bear Creek Park in front of the Arts Centre. There are 4 performance venues:
- 2 inside the Arts Centre (Main Stage Theatre and Studio Theatre) and
- 2 in Bear Creek Park (Leap Frog Stage and Community Spirit Stage).
There are hands-on arts activities inside tents, and roving performances throughout the park. It is a most unique and festive festival! A one-of-a-kind in Surrey and the surrounding area! There are both ticketed theatre performances and art activities (some are free and some require a wristband).
