September 2021 – The Vancouver Halloween Parade and Expo have been cancelled due to current COVID-related restrictions.
The family-friendly Halloween-themed parade with marching bands, horses, vehicles, floats and performances. Downtown Vancouver is about to become the largest Cosplay stage. It’s the time when supernaturals, heroes, villains from films, comics, anime and games all come alive.
