The Calgary Humane Society is celebrating 100 YEARS! 🎉 It’s a great reason to celebrate and they are inviting you to the Hound n’ Sound Centennial Celebration on August 6, 2022!
The Calgary Humane Society is proud to be a leader in animal welfare and they have cared for thousands of animals in need. Their mission remains the same: to care for as many animals as they can.
To celebrate this significant milestone, head down to the Calgary Humane Society Park for an outdoor, family-friendly, festival-style event. The celebration will mark both the Centennial occasion and the completion of the facility enhancement project, a $14 million expansion of the shelter.
Join them for amazing local entertainment featuring The Frontiers, carnival games for all ages, YYC Food Trucks, a Cold Garden beer area, a PUPPY CAKE SMASH 🐶🎂, and so much more! Keep an eye out for the incredibly cute adoptable animals roaming the area, saying hello to guests and looking for their fur-ever home.
