After a sneak preview last fall, Heritage Park is proud to bring back Anne Frank – A History For Today, a limited-time exhibit on tour from the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam, presented by Viewpoint Foundation and Veterans Affairs Canada.

It’s been 76 years since the liberation of the Netherlands and the death of a young Jewish girl who captured hearts around the world. Anne’s story remains just as powerful today as it did then. Anne Frank – A History For Today is a compelling, engaging exhibit that shares the story of Anne Frank and her family, their life in hiding, WWII and the atrocities of the Holocaust. The stories unfold through the words of young Anne and her family, with excerpts taken from her diary. A portion of the exhibit focuses on Canada’s role in the Second World War, and the contributions and experiences of Canadian soldiers.

The exhibit is presented through bilingual panels, a short video and guided tours and you can see it in Gasoline Alley until September 6, 2021.
