Pinnovate DIY Studio is a brand new craft studio in southeast Calgary that is designed for creative minds of all ages. Pinnovate has all the materials prepared in a comfortable workspace with plenty of instruction to ensure your project doesn’t fall into the “Pinterest fail” category. You can come anytime to craft without booking a workshop. In a busy family life, Pinnovate’s open schedule can help make the difference between only dreaming about new projects and actually making them happen! With over 60 projects to create at any given time, from fairy wands to a family birthday board, you’re bound to find something you (and your kids!) will love.

With an on-site cafe serving premium Rosso coffee, Fiasco Gelato, and cupcakes, working on projects becomes even more enjoyable! You can grab a latte for yourself and a Coco Brooks pizza for the kids during the afternoon, or bring a date for a glass of wine in the evening.

 

 

Birthday Parties

Although Pinnovate is the perfect place to escape life for a couple hours, meet with friends, or enjoy a date night while you craft, it’s also a brilliant location for birthday parties! Pinnovate meets the most important requirement of being entertaining for the kids (and the second-most important: no clean up for the parents!), plus they are original and fun for everyone.

 

Appealing to children of any gender, age, or interest, Pinnovate has a wide variety of projects available with their 5 different DIY party options. Book a fairy garden party or a slime party (where the kids can paint a slime monster, and of course, make slime!). Maybe a DIY bubblegum machine or an instructed paint party will be just the thing for the next birthday party!

Booking a private birthday party gives you the entire Pinnovate venue for two hours, and with Calgary’s changeable weather, you know that the party will be a success, no matter the forecast!  Birthday party packages start at $350.00.

Beyond the Birthday Party

Not just for adults, and not just for birthday parties, Pinnovate also offers day camps, back to school camps, and the Littles Art University, where kids 5 and up can join an 8-week art program. For young or old, expert or novice, the Pinnovate DIY Studio has created a space where everyone can develop and delight in their creative side.
