What is Ninja?</del>

Ninja is an obstacle course racing sport, that also incorporates elements of parkour and rock climbing. In other words, it’s what your kids love to do and will help them sleep well at night! It’s a fun, exciting activity that builds functional strength, increases flexibility, fine-tunes agility, and improves balance, focus, and precision.</del>

Fitset Ninja believes ninja is more than just a sport, though. It’s a mindset that helps kids overcome the obstacles and challenges that show up, in and out of the gym. It’s also building a community of people who look out for one another through the highs and the lows.</del>

Day camps run for mornings, afternoons, or full days. Kids can expect obstacles from the American Ninja Warrior TV show and loads of fun every day. So grab a water bottle and let’s go!</del>

Why Fitset Ninja?</del>

The ninja coaches at Fitset Ninja will help your kids learn proper techniques so they can perform all their stunts safely. With padded surfaces, trained staff to spot tricky moves, and appropriate challenges, your kids will be safe, while building their personal confidence. With a wide variety of obstacles and activities, they will be having fun as they challenge their bodies to move in new and interesting ways.</del>

When kids need a rest from practicing balance, jumping across parkour blocks, swinging through the hanging rigs, and climbing the cargo nets, they’ll be playing fun camp games and doing other camp activities. Most importantly, they learn how to be a successful ninja by having a growth mindset!</del>
