New for 2021, The Edmonton Street Performers festival is taking the show on the road with special Masked Parades popping up in lucky Edmonton neighbourhoods throughout the summer. See comedians, clowns, magicians, and other artists singing and dancing their way right down our residential streets!
The Edmonton Street Performers Festival was the first and largest of its kind in North America and has been bringing joy to downtown Edmonton for the last 37 years. This summer marks a departure from the traditional 10 day large-gathering Festival format and has been reimagined to respect the health and safety of audiences, artists, volunteers and staff.
Throughout July and August Edmonton Street Performers will be appear in neighbourhoods around the city ready to get silly and laugh with residents and local artists. Penny farthing bikes, jugglers, clowns, magicians and more will take to the streets bringing the brand of laughter everyone has come to associate with this beloved festival. You might even catch your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man in on the action!

Spectators are encouraged to dress up in their most crazy & colourful costumes, and are even be invited to don their fanciest facemask to join right in on the parade!
