Character Development – Goal Setting – Work Ethic – Success – Active for Life. That describes the mission at Precision Martial Arts Academy in St. Albert. For 22 years, PMAA has been teaching Olympic-style World Taekwondo, an Olympic sport that’s also recognized as a powerful tool for building a healthy mind, body and spirit.
Precision Martial Arts Academy offers Taekwondo training for children as young as 4 years old. Their Lil’ Panthers program helps children aged 4 to 6 work on agility, balance and coordination, as well as life skills like listening, sharing, team work, determination and overcoming adversity. The Childrens Beginner Program (ages 7 to 11) teaches goal setting and work ethic through determination, perseverance, and commitment. Students are challenged to be the very best they can be in the Junior Program (ages 12 to 15). Also offered are the Adult Program and the Black Belt Program.
The Head Coach at Precision Martial Arts Academy, Master Sadler, is a World Taekwondo 7th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and a Taekwondo Canada Certified Coach Developer with 35 years of martial arts education and experience. In 2014, he was given the prestigious designation of Chartered Professional Coach (ChPC) from the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC). All PMAA instructors share the common vision to have the passion, enthusiams and pride to help others motivate themselves to meet their goals and achieve success.
