For nearly 40 years, the International Children’s Festival of the Arts has been offering unique, exciting and interactive experiences to children in the Alberta Capital Region. It’s the largest event of its kind in North America, and features world-class performers, top-notch cultural experiences and one-of-a-kind entertainers! Children will stretch the boundaries of their imaginations as they interact with artists, sing and dance to world music, hear stories about faraway places, create their own masterpieces, and so much more!
2019 welcomes fabulous new features, like the Canadian Premiere of the internationally-acclaimed Paper Planet from Australia, and the first ever Saturday night Pajama Party Variety Show, a ‘pay what you can’ taste of the Festival’s top talent! The International Children’s Festival of the Arts returns to the picturesque banks of the Sturgeon River in downtown St. Albert from May 28 to June 2, 2019. Tickets go on sale April 1 and feature performances will sell out quickly, so pick your favourites and start planning your perfect visit now!
