Everyone’s an artist at The Pottery Clay Café! All materials will be provided (pottery pieces, paints, brushes, etc.) and a party host will guide guests through the project while having plenty of time for creativity and self-expression. From set-up to clean-up, the friendly staff will take the pressure out of party planning and let you focus on celebrating the guest of honour.
The Pottery Clay Café’s welcoming atmosphere and artistic vibe make it the perfect spot to host any event! Birthday parties are hosted in a private party room, complete with a customized birthday greeting on an 80″ digital banner. Party packages are designed for 8 participants and will include a personalized keepsake birthday plate for the birthday child, and celebratory ice cream with sprinkles for all guests! You can bring in your own cake, snacks, tableware, and decorations to further customize the space and theme it to your child’s interests. At the end of the party, each guest will also receive a discount coupon for a future visit, plus a take-home balloon!
Painted pottery pieces will be left at the studio to be glazed and fired, and will be ready for you to pick up and distribute to your guests in 7 days.
The Pottery Clay Café offers the choice of 4 party packages that can be customized to fit your theme:
- The Original Party is the most popular option, offering the choice of mug, bowl, or plate to freestyle paint. Guests will love creating their own functional and food safe item to use at home!
- The Themed Party tailors the project to the birthday child’s interests, featuring anything from unicorns and princesses to dinosaurs and cartoon characters! The graphic of choice will pre drawn on plates for guests to paint in coloring book style, then fired to be functional and food safe.
- The Mash Up Party lets guests select and paint their own unique pottery piece from the party section including 3D animals, figurines, keepsake boxes, and more.
- The Mosaic Madness Party provides guests various colored and shaped glass pieces to adhere to a shape and create a dazzling work of art. This is a popular choice for teens and tweens, with a picture frame as the mosaic base.
An additional option to consider is the Take Home Party Kit. The Pottery Clay Café is happy to provide everything needed for painting fun in your own home or another preferred party space. Simply pick out and pay for pottery pieces you want to paint, and all brushes and paint will be supplied with it. Supplies can be returned when you bring back the painted pieces to the studio for firing.
