Hit New Heights at Vertically Inclined Spring Break Camp

Vertically Inclined Spring Break Camp

Turn Spring Break into an active adventure with a Vertically Inclined Spring Break Camp! Vertically Inclined is offering its popular Treefrogger and Jr. Treefrogger camps during the March 25-29, 2019 Spring Break. These fun and active programs offer five fun-filled days learning the ins and outs of climbing from friendly instructors at one of Edmonton’s most popular climbing facilities!

Jr. Treefrogger Camp is for climbers aged 5 to 9. Instructors do all the managing of the ropes while the kids enjoy the ups (and downs!) of the climbing walls. Plus, participants get to enjoy learning knots, playing games, doing crafts and more! Previous climbing experience is not required.

Treefrogger Camp is for climbers aged 10 and up. This is the classic Vertically Inclined Rock Gym camp experience, and offers five fabulous days of learning about climbing, belaying and movement! Previous climbing experience is not necessary.

Participants in both camps will enjoy small-group instruction that is tailored to individual levels, and designed to help increase comfort levels and improve climbing skills. Jr. Treefrogger Camp runs from 9 am to 4 pm while Treefrogger camp runs from 8:45 am to 4:15 pm. Early drop off and late pickup options are available.

Campers should dress in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Layers are suggested. Participants are required to wear socks with the rental shoes. Sometimes the fun moves outside – be sure to bring appropriate clothing for an Edmonton spring. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle, some snacks and a hearty, healthy lunch!
