Join The Stony Plain Road Business Association to\u00a0Light<\/span>\u00a0Up the Park! Be in Butler Memorial Park as the\u00a0holiday<\/span>\u00a0light<\/span>s are activated and merriment is shared through roaming entertainment, a musical performance from Gateway Chorus, and free hot chocolate for all. The City of Leduc is kicking off its annual Light-Up Leduc program with a Holiday Light-Up event in Alexandra Park. Be there to celebrate the festive season with free hot chocolate, visits with Santa, live music and sing-alongs, and crafts at the library! Be there as Festival Place in Sherwood Park gets lit up for the holiday season! This fun event includes an LED tree show, winter carnival, wagon rides with Santa, campfire cooking, cookie decorating, hot chocolate, letters to Santa, crafts, face painting, and a special appearance from the Grinch! The 124 Street business community throws a party like no other with immersive light installations, live music, Santa, light-up street performers, ice carvers, maple taffy, crafts, cookie decorating, s\u2019mores around the fire pit, food trucks, beverage gardens, and much, much more! The highlight of the event is the Light Up The Night Ceremony at 5 pm! This holiday season, the St. Albert Sturgeon Hospice Association will once again light up the trees atop Mission Hill and on the Foyer Lacombe Hospice grounds to create a beacon of hope and remembrance for hospice residents and their families. Be there for the official lighting of this brilliant display to take a walk through the sponsored lit trees, enjoy light refreshments, and create a memorial paper lantern for a loved one. Join the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald to kick off the holiday season at their annual Tree Lighting Ceremony! This event is open to the public and will feature plenty of festive cheer, along with free cookies and hot chocolate! Downtown Winterval on historic 104 Street will feature a full range of deals, giveaways, FREE activities like live concerts, sleigh rides, glowing art installations, ice carving lessons, photos with Santa, maple taffy, roaming carolers, and more! Come celebrate the holiday season with twinkling lights, a kids zone with petting zoo & ice slide, vintage firetruck rides, horse-drawn sleigh rides, maple taffy, Christmas carols, warm food & drinks, and visits with Santa & the Grinch. Kick off the Christmas season in style with this family fun event that includes rides on the Polar Express mini train, sleigh rides, street hockey, a petting zoo, craft stations, and the chance to meet surprise guests including Santa! Don\u2019t forget to bring a donation for the food bank. Enjoy the light displays, listen to a special reading of T\u2019was the Night Before Christmas, snack on delicious cookies and hot chocolate, meet roaming characters, and get your photo with Santa Claus! Make plans to be in the Town of Calmar for Christmas in the Park! This free event includes sleigh rides, pictures with Santa, beautiful Christmas light<\/span>s, including an impressive light<\/span>\u00a0tunnel, music, hot chocolate, and treats. Enjoy free hot chocolate and hot dogs, cookie decorating, family activities, crafts, and live choirs, then join the countdown for the Light Up at 5:30 pm!\u00a0 Afterwards, join in the outdoor disco party in the park and free public skating in the Agrena! \u201cOoo\u201d and \u201cAhh\u201d as the gazebo is lit up and McIntyre Park is transformed into a winter wonderland. Join the fun at the Stony Plain Winter Light Up! when the switch is flipped, the lights will go on, including the giant tree on Main Street. The official\u00a0Light<\/span> Up The Legislature ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, and everyone is invited to be part of the incredible time-honoured tradition. Bright Light Skate Night is coming to Sir Winston Churchill Square and City Hall Plaza on Saturday, December 13, 2025. Join the Town of Vegreville for the annual Light Up at Rotary Rendezvouz Park, a Holiday Light Parade down Main Street, a FREE public swim, photos with Santa, plus the chance to cheer on the Vegreville Rangers hockey team. Sound the alarms!\u00a0 The 14th Annual Firefighters\u2019 Santa Claus Parade is coming to Wetaskiwin. Bundle up and find your spot along 50 Avenue to enjoy all the floats, lights, music, and Santa riding a Firetruck! The Town of Morinville is celebrating its annual Lite Up the Nite Festival. Saturday is jam-packed with festive activities, including a parade, tree lighting, and fireworks! The man in red is coming to town for the Leduc Santa Claus Parade! The Downtown District invites you to join in the fun and festive cheer with hot chocolate and popcorn in hand. The Fort Saskatchewan Santa Claus Parade is back, winding through the downtown streets.\u00a0 Celebrate the season with exuberant marching bands, beautifully decorated floats, and Santa riding aboard his magical sleigh! The young and young at heart are going to love seeing big wheelers decked out in festive Christmas lights during the annual Leduc Country Christmas Convoy!
