Tourism Ireland is spreading the green of their emerald isle throughout the world in a “global greening” bid to entice you for a visit or call you home. The  campaign is the fun idea which sees many world renowned landmarks bathed in green for March 17th, the day that marks the Irish patron saint, Patrick.
