ALCC’s ESL Summer Camp turns education into an exciting adventure. Your kids will be fully immersed in a fun learning environment, where they’ll improve their English academic skills across reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Campers will experience 15 hours of ESL instruction weekly, but the learning doesn’t stop there.

Every day, they’ll embark on exciting excursions to explore the vibrant city of Halifax. From educational museums and art galleries to social afternoon teas and thrilling movie nights, there’s something for every adventurous soul. Sports enthusiasts will be pleased as they take on bowling, rock climbing, and swimming. There will also be plenty of time to soak up the great outdoors with visits to picturesque waterfronts, parks, and beaches. There will be something for everyone, and the memories made will be cherished forever.

With a program spanning 8 weeks, starting on July 7th and ending on August 22nd, this camp is perfectly tailored for students entering grades 7 to 11. It’s the ideal opportunity to give your child the confidence and language proficiency they need to thrive in the coming school year. Students must register for a minimum of 4 weeks to ensure they get the full experience and time necessary to maximize learning outcomes. The camp cost covers everything your child needs, including registration fees, an online placement test, English language training, books, learning materials, breakfast, snacks, and even a bus pass. Plus, they’ll receive a completion certificate and have medical insurance during their time at camp.
