Not only is it the family show of the summer, it’s the 40th production of The Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo! The Tattoo is an annual week-long event held in Halifax, with performers from all over the world. The family show lasts 2.5 hours, with so much excitement that each thrilling segment lasts less than 6 minutes. With traditional performances such as bagpipes and highland dancers, as well as, innovative acrobatic acts and dynamic multi-media presentations, many families say that the Tattoo is one of the most exhilarating shows their kids have ever seen! Audiences call it proud, patriotic, and unrivaled in its pageantry. Here’s your chance to see for yourself!
But The Tattoo isn’t just one performance. There are lots of fun family events in Halifax planned around Tattoo week, including the FREE Tattoo Festival, and the Canada Day Parade, which begins at 10:30 am on July 1st.
Tickets are available now, but if you are part of a youth group, did you know that there is a possibility of getting the kids in for free, under the Tickets for Youth Program? Why not apply to see whether your youth group is eligible?
