Kick off fall with fun on the field! Halifax City Soccer Club‘s Fall Lessons provide kids with proven soccer instruction, exercise, and most of all, fun. Offering various programs for children U4-U18, participants will learn physical literacy and develop soccer skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Give your child an opportunity to learn from the best. At Halifax City Soccer Club (HCSC), coaches are mandated to complete all requirements by Soccer Nova Scotia and The Canadian Soccer Association including their soccer-specific training and a valid police check. They also strictly adhere to the HCSC’s guiding principles of observing individualized development, creating a supportive environment, and embracing mistakes. This approach teaches children positive transferable skills that will be used well outside of the soccer season.
All programs at Halifax City Soccer Club follow the guidelines recommended by Canada Soccer Grassroots Standards and have been designed to create the best possible learning and development environment for young players. By considering the non-linear nature of how human beings grow and develop, HCSC can focus on finding the right learning environment for your child.
Mini Soccer Program:
The Mini Soccer Program includes 3 age groups ranging from U4-U11. These programs are a terrific way to introduce your child to the sport of soccer, and provide them an environment where they can learn soccer skills, social development, and cooperation, all while having fun. As children move through each Mini Soccer program, they will continue their soccer experience in structured & unstructured environments and will have the opportunity to experience a small-sided or organized games night. How exciting!
