Welcome Weekend is back for another great year, and you’re invited to Downtown Halifax’s premier event space to help celebrate LOCAL in a BIG way! From Noon to 3:00 pm, enjoy an afternoon of fabulous Nova Scotia artists, businesses, and community.
Welcome Weekend is an opportunity for the Halifax Convention Centre to thank the community for being gracious supporters of their events, as well as welcome residents into the centre where amazing local talent will be on display. There will be something for everyone: live local music, a local pop-up market, tasty local treats, games & activities, and more!
Shopping local is on the top of everyone’s minds these days. So shop with ease at their LOCAL Pop-Up Marker and support incredible Nova Scotia artisans, makers, and small businesses.
There will be bouncing fun to keep your little ones entertained, with inflatables, carnival games, and more!
