Have an enjoyable summer while making memories at one or more of Scotia Suzuki School of Music’s four camps this summer. The first three weeks are “Creativity” day camps, where children can explore their creative side and have fun while doing it. The fourth and final week is our returning large signature “Art, Music and Dance—Halifax!” camp, for those serious artistic students ready to push the level of their main discipline of choice to a higher level and try some new things, too!
Creativity Camps
These camps are full of exciting activities that will not only keep your kids amused and physically active but also develop their creative talents this summer. Opting for one or more sessions at the Scotia Suzuki School’s Creativity summer camps is the ideal solution to give your child an enjoyable and unforgettable summer. Designed for children aged 5-12, the camps feature a new weekly theme, complete with off-site excursions and a balanced schedule that includes everything from energetic outdoor games to calm, creative sessions.
Week 1: Creativity ~ Nature
Dates: June 24-28th

Week 2: Creativity ~ Under the Sea
Dates: July 2nd – 5th (shorter week excluding the holiday Monday)

Week 4: Art, Music & Dance Camp – Halifax
Each year, a cultural theme is chosen for the week for a few classes, special guests, and collaborative projects. , inspiring the subject matter within each summer camp. Our theme this year is Scotland, and we have a few amazing special guests and projects planned we can’t wait for! When registering for camp, they will choose a main discipline to focus on. Then they can choose other things to try out or continue developing, including violin, guitar, piano, cello, fiddle, musical theatre, step dance, percussion, hip-hop, art and a few more surprises! Art, Music & Dance Camp isn’t just about learning new skills; it’s about having fun, meeting new friends and making memories. There will be various exciting activities and games that will keep kids entertained all week. Classes run all day, there is never a dull moment at the Art, Music and Dance Camp – Halifax!
