Tallahassee Days is the winner of the L’Écho des Mers 2015 Best Canadian Pirate Event of the year!
This fun pirate festival celebrates the Nautical Manoeuvre accomplished by local Harbour Pilot Jock Flemming. Prior to this twin-screw Steamer passing through ‘the Narrows’ of the Eastern Passage, a boat of such size had never traversed those waters; it was a historical navigational feat.
All ages are invited to join the fun at Fisherman’s Cove in Eastern Passage for three days of pirate adventure! There will be a treasure hunt, mermaids, games and entertainment for the whole family, plus a pirate ball for the grown-ups. Everyone (that includes YOU, Mom and Dad!) is encouraged to dress pirate.
