This summer, in the Discovery Centre’s Wilson Gallery, it’s Tyrannosaurs: Meet the Family, taking over from the immensely popular Science of Rock n’ Roll – the inaugural exhibition at the new centre.
Member Preview: Sunday, May 29th, 5:00 – 8:00 pm
This exciting featured exhibit is on its premiere tour of North America. Originating in Australia, the exhibition brings the latest Tyrannosaur discoveries to life, overturning our preconceptions about these ferocious predators.
The exhibit highlights are:
- 5 complete tyrannosaur cast skeletons
- 3 models of featured dinosaurs
- 7 tyrannosaur cast skulls
- Augmented reality experience
- Immersive video projection
- Interactives and multimedia experiences
If your kids love dinosaurs, head to the Discovery centre this summer to learn all about the Tyrannosaur! Don’t forget, Wednesday nights after 5pm, it’s FREE admission at the Discovery Centre.
