With the enthusiasm of youth and inspiration that will impress you, it’s time to check out the Young Entrepreneurs Business Fair! For one day only, May 25, 2024, you can support Calgary’s next generation as over 150 North Point Schools students launch their unique ventures.
North Point Schools are accredited, non-profit private schools for boys and girls that remain dedicated to a love of learning. With an enriched learning environment, their students demonstrate creativity, curiosity, and confidence, learning the skills to help them navigate their world.
The Young Entrepreneurs Business Fair is Canada’s largest kindergarten to grade 12 student business fair. These students have worked hard for months, applying their learning and ingenuity to hands-on, real-life activities. The fair gives them a venue to feature their original and creative products and services.
This event is presented by the Financial Academy at North Point Schools; the students spend months working as part of the entrepreneurship and financial education program to create and launch a business for this fair. Each student must decide on a product or service, create a business plan and marketing strategy, and manufacture what they need to sell. This allows students to experience a taste of the entrepreneurial process.
Come to the 7 Chiefs Sportsplex on May 25, 2024, to shop at dozens of student businesses at the Young Entrepreneurs Business Fair. You’ll find fantastic food, wonderful gifts, toys and games, original artwork, fashion accessories, entertainment, and more! This is your opportunity to support these young entrepreneurs, with a day of shopping and entertainment.
