10 Family-Friendly Events in Saskatoon (Aug 16 – 18):

1. Nutrien Playland at Kinsmen Park

Visit Saskatoon’s one-and-only amusement park this weekend! With unique play structures, water features, and RIDES a’plenty, there’s no shortage of reasons to make Nutrien Playland at Kinsmen Park your staycation destination!

2. Folkfest 40

Grab your passport, and celebrate over 20 amazing cultural pavilions scattered across our great city for Thursday thru Saturday’s Folkfest 40.

3. Gladiola Festival

Celebrate the most colourful farm festival of the season at Sunday’s Gladiola Festival at Black Fox Farm & Distillery.

4. Saskatoon Public Swimming Pools

Summer is winding down, so make sure to make a SPLASH this weekend at one the amazing outdoor pools in Saskatoon.

5. Family Day in the Park

It’s Family Day in the Park with the Neighbourhood Church. Enjoy bouncy castles, a FREE BBQ, reptile show, balloon twisting and so much more at Meewasin Park on Saturday.

Meet Tarzan and Ma, the acrobatic monkeys, at Saskatoon’s amazing Forestry Farm Park & Zoo. They are in great company with the over 300 animals that call this facility home.
