USask Rec Winter Programs are a great solution to keep your children active this winter. USask Rec has swim programs for all ages! If you are looking for something extra to keep your children happy and moving this winter, check out the excellent programs.

The instructors help provide your kids with the chance to learn new skills in a safe and non-competitive environment. Your little ones will meet new friends, stay active and of course, have fun! Your kids will be confident in their swimming and you will be happy they are burning off some extra energy. Winter 2023 lesson registration is now available!

The Red Cross will be retiring its swimming and water safety programming in 2023 and they will be switching programs over to the Lifesaving Society.
