Oceans Initiative, based in Seattle, use their marine mammal expertise to research endangered orcas or the conservation of white-sided dolphins in Washington’s Puget Sound. But because of COVID-19, they have launched a Virtual Marine Biology Camp, where kids of all ages can learn more about the Northwest’s marine ecosystem. You can tune in on Facebook or Instagram and even find a few colouring pages on the blog. They are planning on being live on Mondays and Thursdays at 12 pm MDT.
