<\/p>\nWhether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner on the snow, if you’re looking to get some fresh air and exercise this winter, you’re in the right place! The Bridge City has more than its fair share of places for winter sports enthusiasts to make tracks in the snow!<\/p>\n

If you’re in the southwest end of Saskatoon, pack your gear and head to Holiday Park Golf Course on Ave. U South! Enjoy 3.5km of ski trails with views of the South Saskatchewan and expansive, wide-open prairie spaces. Snowshoers will love making tracks at Holiday Park while dreaming of next year’s golf season!<\/p>\n
If you’re an east-side dweller, you’ll want to check out the cross-country ski trails at Wildwood Golf Course! Choose from 2.5km and 6 km distances that loop or wind through the course. These trails are maintained by the Saskatoon Nordic Ski Club. Snowshoers are welcome to enjoy the scenery but are asked to do so off the groomed trails.<\/p>\n
Park up at the Mendel Art Gallery and make tracks on this scenic trail maintained by the Nordic Ski Club<\/a>. This trail runs 2.7km and is ideal for both skate and classic skiing as well as snowshoeing.<\/p>\n Your family will love the trails at Lower Meewasin Park! With stunning views of the South Saskatchewan and 4.8km of trail, this track will get the heart pumping and fill the lungs with some fresh winter air!<\/p>\n North city dwellers can easily access the cross-country ski trails at Upper Meewasin Park. This loop runs 3.4km and is maintained by the City of Saskatoon<\/a>.<\/p>\n Located in the Silverwood neighbourhood and better suited to cross-country skiers, this is just the track for those looking for a quick 2km loop on a single track.<\/p>\n Snowshoers, cross-country skiers, and even those in search of a wild toboggan ride will want to visit Diefenbaker Park this winter. Snowshoers will love the riverside vistas while cross-country skiers can enjoy the antics of those with the courage to ride the largest toboggan hill in the city! This single trail runs 2.6km near the Diefenbaker Park sledding hill.<\/p>\n In the Forest Grove neck of the woods, cross-country skiers can enjoy 2km of trail near the Forestry Farm Park & Zoo. Tracks may not be maintained regularly, and conditions may vary depending on usage and weather.
