Get those creative juices flowing this Spring Break (or rather, April Break as it’s being called this year!) With the extra hours to fill at home, your kids are sure to be begging for something to do. Keep those hands busy and minds developing with virtual, interactive art camps from Canadian Contemporary School of Art (CCSA).
There are two separate April Break camps being offered by CCSA during the week of April 12-16, 2021. Both are being delivered virtually, so that you can access them from the comfort of home.
- Racing With Kangaroos in Australia (Ages 4-12)
Explore and travel virtually to the land down under! With creative projects and storytelling, your kids will learn all about the geography, foods, culture (and more!) that makes up this unique country. Both half and full day options available.
- Intense Drawing April Challenge For Teens (Ages 12-17)
Help your teen push their creative limits with in depth art classes. In just a week they will learn skills for different drawing aspects like still life, landscape, figure and portrait. Classes run in the afternoons, in small groups separated by age.
Not only does CCSA offer high-quality art instruction, but they do so in a way that welcomes and engages artists of all ages and abilities. Art isn’t just for fun, it’s also a beneficial educational tool for building confidence and improving problem-building skills. With help from the encouraging teachers at Canadian Contemporary School of Art in Toronto, your child will learn new skills and have fun at home during their break from school!
