Little Yogis Academy Summer Camp brings their popular curriculum from the classroom to your backyard this summer! They add the extra fun factor to create a summer program your child will remember for years to come. Each week, campers learn skills like balance, coordination, and breath work to relieve stress and anxiety. At the same time, they get in a good stretch and do something great for their bodies and minds.

Your group receives a dedicated instructor who travels to your backyard or a nearby park of your choosing each week. These popular backyard yoga camps fill up quick so don’t delay!

Why Kids Yoga?

All of the benefits that yoga gives to adults are amplified for children, which is why it’s important to introduce yoga to children during these impressionable years. Yoga encourages an acceptance of oneself that comforts them during times of self-doubt. It encourages a mindfulness that creates a positive outlook, increases confidence, and builds resilience tools that kids can use their entire lives. Yoga also ties in nicely to other aspects of healthy living, including exercise, nutrition, and overall well-being.​ In short, yoga celebrates all the beautiful parts of life.

Classes with Little Yogis Academy are fun, active and engaging, with all of the benefits that yoga provides. Their curriculum was designed by Ontario Certified Teachers and Registered Children’s Yoga Instructors with children in mind. As such, they realize that children want to be active, playful and have fun! Therefore, classes include props, music and games that teach yoga and mindfulness in a playful way.

How it Works

Little Yogis Academy’s experienced instructors come to you! Simply choose the options that best suit your needs below and they take care of the rest. ​Don’t have an outdoor space? No problem! They can meet you at a nearby park weekly for some yoga fun!

Many families opt for a weekly session at a nearby park or field, particularly when they don’t have a large yard  that impedes physical distancing. This allows for the children to be spread out further apart for their safety.

Age Range
It is recommended that your child be 2.5 years old to start our program. Little Yogis teaches kids from toddler to teens and beyond.

A team of teachers covers all areas of the GTA and surrounding areas, so they are able to accommodate most requests.

How to Register
1. Choose Duration of Classes: 4 or 8 week blocks (One class per week)
2. Choose the Timeframe: June 7—28, July 5—26, August 2—23
3. Gather a group of five or more children and purchase a plan. Then they take care of the rest!

Note: Before purchasing a 4 or 8-week plan, be sure to fill out a registration form to ensure there is a teacher available in your area. Spots are filling up fast so don’t delay!!

Covid Safety Measures
Little Yogis Academy’s first priority is keeping you and your child safe during our classes.​ All children are required to bring their own yoga mats to ensure no cross-contamination.
