TAC Sports Summer Camps focuses on skill learning and development, all while having fun! They have a five-star system that allows the parents to see their child’s development throughout each week of the Summer. TAC Sports camps aims to nurture and develop good habits, a positive sports attitude, and great moral character in both the athletes and leaders.

Adventure Camp (Ages 3.5—6)

Kids aged 3.5—6 can learn multiple skills in TAC Sports’ multi-sport Adventure Camp. Each day features a specific sport that is modified to be developmentally appropriate for this age group. This allows campers to explore soccer, tennis, biking, basketball and dance and then decide for themselves what sports they are most passionate about. There is also a Learn-To-Bike and Adventure Camp combination available for this age group.

Every week offers exciting activities, such as arts and crafts, story time, camp songs, low-organizational games (where campers learn fundamental movement skills), and scavenger hunts. These activities help to stimulate young minds by fostering their creativity and imagination while, most importantly, developing their physical literacy. The program also has a low coach-to-camper ratio of one coach per five children, with campers divided according to age.

Activity-Specific Camps (Ages 7—12)

Older children aged 7—12 can join a sport-specific camp, where the camp activities focus on one sport each week. Depending on the location, there is a wide variety of different sports to choose from, such as soccer, basketball, tennis, dance, and more. TAC camps also includes many different half-day and full-day options per location.

This program also has a low coach-to-camper ratio of one coach per 10 children, with campers divided according to age and skill level. All of the expert coaches are highly trained through the TAC Sports Coaching Certification, with Vulnerable Sector Checks, Standard First Aid and CPR.

TAC Sports has started an amazing and delicious lunch initiative to teach children about healthy eating habits and healthy food choices so they can grow into strong athletes. This lunch initiative also has a positive impact on the children in regards to socializing. When children eat similar meals together, they create a stronger social bond and motivate each other to eat the healthy meal provided to them.

All of the meals are peanut and tree nut-free and also avoid any artificial preservatives, artificial food colouring, and artificial flavouring. They are also able to cater to specific allergies and diets.
