TYT Theatre presents “One Christmas Carol”, Charles Dickens’ famous story about selfishness and selflessness. In this production, the classic holiday tale is stripped down to its bare essence, letting go of the usual opulence of the Christmas season and instead focusing on what is of utmost importance during this time of year.

“One Christmas Carol”is directed by Alan Kinsella and features a tour de force performance by Conall Walsh. With just one actor playing over 35 distinct roles, this holiday classic is a spirited evening of theatre that everyone in the family will love!

Dickens’ colourful characters are all present, from Ebenezer Scrooge and Bob Cratchitt, to Tiny Tim, Fezziwig and Belle, to the Ghosts of Christmases Past, Present, and Future. Each character springs to new life with a treasure trove of moral lessons for one and all. There is no elaborate scenery or costumes — just one actor and a timeless story.

“God bless us, every one!”
