Spring Break Camps at Fort LangleyThe Fort Langley National Historic Site is host 2 exciting camps during Spring Break. You want to register now as spaces fill up quickly.

FortCraft Camp (March 14 – 18, 2016)
If your kid loves MineCraft, they are bound to be excited about trying the game in real life. Take the skills learned in the video game and apply them to building your own fur trade Fort. Participants will pan for gold, fashion tools from stone, give blacksmithing a whirl and learn carpentry techniques.

Gold Rush Camp (March 21 – 25, 2016)
Kids get to go back in time and imagine they are a prospector. With a large pan it is time to find gold in the waters of Fort Langley. Participants will learn about the 1858 gold rush that led to the birth of British Columbia.

The camps cost $166 per child per week. If you are an annual pass holder the price drops to $146.50 per child per week. Please be sure to send along snacks, a lunch and a water bottle. The Fort Langley camps are for children aged 6 – 12 years.
