Whitecaps FC Summer Camps

There wasn’t a single day through the entire school year when my youngest didn’t come home talking about the soccer games played at recess and lunch. Apparently no other sport exists on the school playground – it is soccer morning, noon, and night. In an effort to step up his schoolyard abilities my son’s only request for this summer was a soccer camp. For soccer in Vancouver, you need to look no further than the Whitecaps. The Whitecaps FC Summer Camps will have your kid playing like a pro!

Led by a professional staff of certified Whitecaps FC camp and academy coaches, the 3 hour camps are packed with skill development and fun! Participants will enjoy the Whitecaps FC Camp Skill Challenges. Over the course of the week-long camp, your child will be given the opportunity to participate in four exciting challenges (dribbling, turning, receiving, and passing). The players are tested daily and receive an accumulation of points for each challenge. All campers are provided with a challenge scorecard and their total score at the end of the week. If your kid shines brightly in their camp challenge, they may be invited to the National Soccer Development Centre at UBC at the end of the summer to participate in the Skills Challenge Finale. Those participants who are selected to attend the Skills Challenge Finale will also be invited to a Whitecaps FC home match at BC Place.

The summer camps are for both boys and girls aged U7 to 14. All participants will have the chance to meet with Whitecaps FC players and get their autographs. Every camper takes home a Whitecaps FC poster.
