For over 30 years, Spirit of Math has been inspiring bright, motivated students to think deeper, solve harder problems, and develop the confidence to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. With more than 30 campuses across Canada and over 35 international partners worldwide, we have helped thousands of students transform their academic potential into exceptional achievement.

At Spirit of Math, students don’t simply become better at math. They develop the critical thinking, perseverance, communication skills, and leadership abilities that prepare them for future success.

A Curriculum That Goes Beyond the Classroom

Our enriched program challenges students with advanced concepts years beyond the standard school curriculum, including Number Theory, Algebra, Combinations, Logic, and Advanced Problem Solving. Rather than memorizing procedures, students learn to analyze, reason, and approach complex challenges with confidence.

Our Proven Four-Part Learning System

Every class is designed to maximize both academic growth and personal development through:

1. Drills

Build speed, accuracy, and confidence with essential number facts.

2. Core Curriculum

Explore mathematical ideas in greater depth, ensuring true understanding rather than surface-level learning.

3. Advanced Problem Solving

Tackle challenging questions that encourage persistence, creativity, and critical thinking.

4. Collaborative Group Work

Develop communication, teamwork, leadership, and resilience through interactive learning experiences.

More Than Mathematics

Spirit of Math prepares students for far more than tests and report cards. Through discussion, collaboration, and challenging problem-solving activities, students learn how to articulate their thinking, defend their reasoning, and work effectively with others.

These are the same skills valued by top universities and future STEM careers.

Preparing Future Contest Champions

Students in Grades 1-8 are trained to tackle challenging contest-style questions and participate in mathematics competitions partnered with Spirit of Math, helping them develop confidence under pressure while experiencing the excitement of academic challenge.
