Anime North returns with its annual Halloween Event, a mash-up of artisan and craft market, stage show and spooky cosplay! Hosted by the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre, visitors can haunt the Artist Alley, Nominichi (flea market), Tea Ceremony, plus videos and gaming, and contests and prizes.
