The Kingsway BIA celebrates Halloween with the free neighbourhood event Pumpkinfest, including a pumpkin decorating contest, costume contest, face painting and balloon artist, trick or treating at participating stores, arts & crafts, and a street market. Plus dogs are also welcome to come in their best costume and win prizes too!
