Choreographed by Artistic Director Bengt Jörgen, this enchanting production blends Tchaikovsky’s timeless score with iconic Canadian scenery, in collaboration with the McMichael Canadian Art Collection. Reimagining Klara’s magical adventure, this delightful classic is set against stunning 30-foot backdrops of 20th-century landscape paintings in a joyful tribute to the artistry of both dance and visual art. Presented in the intimate and accessible setting of The Rose Brampton, the Christmas theme of this ballet is ideal for kids, so families can enjoy the festive season together.

With performers dressed in over 100 costumes of richly coloured fabrics, this show features many of Ballet Jörgen’s elegant company members, plus each performance includes 9-11 local young dancers!
