Elliott Tree Farm’s Weekend Maple Syrup Experience returns this year, opening early for Family Day Weekend then continuing on weekends, plus dates over March Break and Easter Weekend, continuing throughout Ontario’s famous maple season. Start with a pancake breakfast in the Horse Barn Canteen, then take a walk on the sugarbush trail and learn about maple syrup production (with tastings!).
