Nathan Phillips Square

Outside Toronto’s City Hall in Nathan Phillips Square, you can watch the games live for FREE on a giant screen! Not only that, but to keep the energy high, there’s also music with live DJ, plus Blue Jays trivia with prizes between innings. Feel free to make signs, paint your face and wear your jerseys. It’s also a good idea to bring blankets or chairs to sit on.

Scotiabank Arena

You can still cheer on the Jays while supporting their sporty cousins, the Maple Leafs and Raptors, because they have even changed their game schedule to allow sports fans to catch every game. Plus, you can stay in your seats after the game and see all the action on the in-arena videoboard!

Guide to the Best Family-Friendly Breweries in Toronto

Beer and sports go hand-in-hand (or should that be mug in hand?), and many breweries in town are welcoming to families. In particular, Left Field Brewery, whose beers are all baseball-themed (i.e. Bird Watcher Lager), is celebrating the festivities at both their Leslieville and Liberty Village locations. They even invited Blue Jays manager John Schneider and Sportsnet announcers Dan and Ben Shulman to develop a collaboration beer this summer!

At this outdoor venue, see the game on a massive big screen with a backdrop of the glowing skyline and CN Tower. Seating is on either at picnic tables or the new lawn seating with fire pits. Dress warmly!

In Mississauga, fans can head to Celebration Square to cheer on the Blue Jays with friends and neighbours. Pregame coverage begins an hour before the opening pitch.

Brampton Garden Square

Another outdoor venue that’s ready to party is Brampton’s Garden Square! Their ongoing watch parties continue for World Series games with each game broadcast on a big screen. Admission is free but seating is limited, so be sure to bring your own chairs.

Town of Newmarket

Join the excitement and party in Newmarket at their FREE community viewing parties at the NewRoads Performing Arts Centre! Grab free popcorn and pizza (while supplies last), plus extra drinks and food are available for purchase. There’s also have prizes and Blue Jays swag giveaways throughout the games. Seating is limited, so arrive early!
