If your kids have been wanting to learn karate and have fun with new friends, they’ll get a kick out of the Toronto Kyokushin Karate and Kickboxing March Break Camp! Not only do the participants stay active over the school break, but they also develop their self-esteem and learn teamwork throughout the week.

Toronto Kyokushin teaches the traditional martial art of Karate as well as sports conditioning, self-defence, anti-bullying and other life skills beyond martial arts. This full-day camp is designed to guide young people in their physical and mental development, including strength, flexibility, resilience, balance and coordination. As the participants socialize with peers in a flexible and supportive environment, they also learn to be mindful of others through self-awareness and discipline. This is not only an important quality for karate, but also for all young people as they grow as athletes.

Along with physical exercise, the campers also participate in their favourite leisure activities, including sports and games, park trips, arts and crafts, Lego and much more. Even better, no previous karate experience is necessary and everyone is welcome to join!
