The City of Toronto hosts Cavalcade of Lights, a free festival that bathes Nathan Phillips Square, transforming City Hall and its surroundings into a dazzling wonderland every night during the the holiday season. There will be a glittering 58-foot Christmas tree (with the opening night celebration on November 29), as well as art installations, free skate rentals starting December 6, Menorah Lighting on December 14-22, and a New Year’s Skating Party on January 4th.
