This musical is the perfect holiday experience for families, as well as friends, couples and groups. Produced by Boldly Productions and featuring a cast of 17 talented Canadian actors, the original score and story were written by Katie Kerr and Matt Stodolak, a married couple in real life!
The Story
The everyday collides with the enchanted in this story about the Chris family. Festive-less father Ben Chris negotiates a promotion in exchange for his late parents’ lodge, even though his brother Charlie still runs it! Reluctantly, Ben travels to the country to convince Charlie to sell. Along for the ride are his socialite girlfriend Vicki, plus his children – teenage daughter Claire and troublemaking twins Samuel and Samantha.
When they discover a mysterious ring in their father’s suitcase, the pesky twins write to Santa Claus for assistance. Just then, help appears in the form of Holly, who is a seasonal employee at the lodge. Combining Charlie’s nostalgic nature and Holly’s Christmas cheer, the family has a holiday they will never forget.
