The Neilson Park Creative Centre hosts the Neilson Park Creative Festival which is free of charge and open for all ages, featuring outdoor art and fine craft vendors, live music performances, a plein-air painting competition, and food and drink with free parking on-site. Art activities for youth (5-14 years) include face painting, friendship bracelet making, and watercolour painting.
