Toronto Symphony Orchestra presents “Matilda In Concert”, performing this beloved children’s film live to picture, with special appearances by the film’s director, Danny DeVito, and composer David Newman to narrate his enchanting score. Based on the book by Roald Dahl, Matilda is about a young girl with telekinetic powers dealing with mean parents and a horrible school headmistress, who learns to stand up for both herself and her friends, which results in humorous antics and heartwarming moments.
