Do you want your kids to parler en français this summer? At Alliance Française Toronto Summer Camps in downtown Toronto and Mississauga, children aged 5-13 can expand their language skills while pursuing their creative passions and having beaucoup de fun! In French immersion summer day camps, kids can also immerse themselves in sports and creative activities. Not only are their days full of discovery, but they can also keep up with their language skills on their school vacation because lessons are entirely in French!
The experienced instructors at Alliance Française believe that the best way to learn French is to have fun! Whether they are beginners or have previous French experience, campers can learn, play soccer and unleash their creativity through exciting artistic activities. Each morning, campers have fun with French Immersion lessons, where everyone plays and creates while learning language skills and communication. In their spare time, the kids like to unwind with a relaxing book or game in the library, get some fresh air in the park, and share lunch with their new friends.
Camp days run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, combining French lessons and arts or soccer workshops, all led by professional instructors and artists. In addition, extended care is available before and after the regular camp day, from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM daily. Then, at the end of the program, each camp concludes with a final performance or showcase for parents and friends!
Musical Camp (5-11 years old) – Toronto & Mississauga
In this musical camp, artistic children can spend their time singing, dancing, and learning about theatre in an immersive French musical adventure, perfect for younger and older kids alike! Here, participants can enhance their language skills in a lively and social setting.
Afternoons are dedicated to collaborative, team-building activities based on music, dance, and creative projects. Campers collaborate on a dynamic performance as the instructors help them develop their teamwork, creativity, and confidence. Finally, the camp culminates in a special show performed for friends and family!
Soccer Camp (9-13 years old)
Just in time for the arrival of FIFA World Cup 26™, your young soccer player can play “the beautiful game” and build their confidence on the field with professional coaches, all while practising French! Held at their Spadina (Toronto) location, Soccer Évasion is led by Foot IQ founder Pepy Malonga, who uses soccer as an educational tool to teach essential skills.
Combining lessons of gameplay techniques and personal development, young players aged 9-13 can thrive on the field and in life. The kids push their academic limits and have fun as they improve both their soccer and French skills through team games and exciting game challenges.
With only one session (August 10-14), don’t miss your chance to enrol your young soccer player in this exciting program!
Photography Camp (Ages 8-12)
Is your child interested in discovering the art of photography? They can have plenty of dynamic and engaging cultural experiences this summer — en français! This camp program includes educational language activities and fun practice French lessons to give your child an extraordinary experience in a French-speaking environment.
Furthermore, campers learn photography techniques as they develop and present their first exhibition! This camp is led by a photographer and member of Le Labo at the Alliance Française Spadina campus, a space dedicated to showcasing contemporary Francophone art.
STEAM Camp (Ages 5-12)
If you want your child to get a leg up on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, as well as French language skills, the Alliance Française STEM camp will make their school vacation unforgettable! In this program, campers keep busy with hands-on experiments while exploring STEM subjects in the French language.
This camp is organized in partnership with EXPLORUM, a bilingual organization dedicated to helping young learners spark their curiosity. So, give your child the extraordinary experience of a French-speaking environment to help them improve their linguistic abilities through a variety of scholastic activities.
